Marketing
Agreement For Cleaning Systems

Equipment Company (Tomco2) and
Phoenix Unlimited LLC (Phoenix) are pleased
to announce a new
marketing agreement. As of January 1, 2008,
Tomco2 will be the international
distributor for Phoenix’s Dry Ice Blasting
Systems. Tomco2 will market the
blasting systems worldwide with the
exception of the US and Canada which will be
handled by Phoenix’s established distributor
network. The Phoenix blasting systems are
the most versatile and reliable one-hose,
all pneumatic pellet system on the market.
It delivers powerful ice blasting
capabilities in the most economical mobile
unit available using an environmentally safe
cleaning method.

the Phoenix PHX-150 and the PHX-200 blasters
provides Tomco2 customers with a

Tomco Celebrates
10,000th Pressure Vessel
On
October 3, 2007 Tomco celebrated a milestone
for the company. A 60-ton portable
carbon
dioxide transport unit (National Board No.
10,000) was delivered to Praxair, Inc.
In honor of this special event, Tomco
welcomed dignitaries from Praxair and the
carbon dioxide industry for a luncheon with
the Tomco employees.
While
it took Tomco 18 years to complete the first
5,000 units, number 10,000 took less than 11
years to achieve. Tomco began
operations in 1970 and manufactured the
first pressure vessel tank in 1978.
Jack Toepke, President of Tomco since 1974,
was asked if he ever expected to build the
10,000th unit. "Absolutely not. We never
dreamed of this. When you only build
six the first year, you never expect to see
a 10,000th tank."
