TOMCO₂ Equipment Company has been manufacturing quality, dependable CO₂ equipment since 1970. We continue to explore new designs and methods to offer the world the best in CO₂ equipment.  TOMCO₂'s chronology with our accomplishments:

1970

• Carbonic Industries Corporation purchased Tomco₂ Equipment Company.
• TOMCO₂ Equipment Company manufactured first CO₂ Tank.
• TOMCO₂ manufactured mastic, urethane insulated CO₂ storage units.
• TOMCO₂ became active in the Compressed Gas Association.

1978

• TOMCO₂ manufactured first ASME Pressure Vessel.
• Water Treatment Division acquired from Ozark-Mahoing.

1979

• TOMCO₂ manufactures dry ice pelletizer and other Special Application Equipment

1984

• TOMCO₂ standardizes aluminum jackets on all CO₂ storage units.

1986

• TOMCO₂ introduced Department of Transportation Delivery Units.

1993

• TOMCO₂ introduced CO₂ Dry Ice Cleaning.
• TOMCO₂ spun-off as an independent company from Carbonic Industries.

1994

• TOMCO₂ started Parts and Service Department.

1996

• TOMCO₂ standardized stainless steel fittings on all CO₂ storage units.
• TOMCO₂ introduced mechanical CO₂ pump - CM-35.
• TOMCO₂ patented pH control panel for Pressurized Solution Feed Water Treatment Systems.
• National Board Pressure Vessel No. 5,000 manufactured

1997

• Formed FIBA-TOMCO₂ joint venture to manufacture vacuum insulated CO₂ storage units.

1998

• FIBA-TOMCO₂ introduced CO₂ 17-ton ISO container.

1999

• TOMCO₂ received license to sell pressure vessels into The People's Republic of China.
• TOMCO₂ has manufactured 9,500 ASME pressure vessels.
• FIBA- TOMCO₂ developed proprietary insulation for vacuum insulated CO₂ storage units . . . Fibertek.

• TOMCO₂ received 3rd party approval CE Mark for dry ice making equipment into Europe.

2004

• March, 2004 TOMCO₂ received USDA letter of no objection to install our PM System into poultry plants for on-line processing and pathogen management.

2006

• June, 2006 TOMCO₂ received FM Approval Certification for our newest division, TOMCO₂ Fire Systems, to supply low pressure fire suppression systems.

2007

• October, 2007 TOMCO₂ manufactured National Board Pressure Vessel No. 10,000.

2008

• TOMCO₂ became a preferred supplier of General Electric.
• We increased our production capacity through building expansion

• TOMCO₂ completed building expansion for increased production.

2010
